I'm thrilled with this hotel! The location is superb, just a short stroll to Paddington tube station and within easy reach of the Underground and plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was perfect for my needs, with a comfy bed and in great condition. The service was top-notch, especially the housekeeping. I couldn't ask for more in terms of cleanliness and friendliness. On the downside, the dining options were a bit limited, and I wished there was more variety for vegans and vegetarians. Overall, a great value for money stay.
